Forgive my posting in English but I do not write Latvian. I am in the United States of America and I have just started collecting Latvian stamps.
I recently borrowed the book "Specializetais Latvija pastmarku un pasta sutijumu katalogs" from the American Philatelic Research Library. The book was published in 2002 by Latvijas filatelistu savieniba. The editor of the book is Egils Plume and I wrote to the email that was in the book but the mail bounced. I would like to know if there is a later edition and if there is I would like to know how I can buy it. If there is no later edition I would like to know if there is any where I could order a copy of 2002 edition for myself.
