The program PERFOMaster 3000 is a powerful and easy to use philatelic tool.

By simply scanning in your stamp or importing an image file of your stamp, PERFOMaster 3000 will be able to measure the perforations of your stamp. In the automatic mode the stamp is aligned (rotated), cut and measured automatically by the program. During the measuring of the perforation an automatic compensation of missing teeth generates always correct results. In addition the program offers a lot of other functions.
